In general. you may visit our
website without telling us who you are or revealing any information about
yourself. If you use our online banking services, no "cookies" or
other information gathering software is used to collect information about
you. Our web server does collect limited information, such as an
IP address of a visitor. (The IP address is an identifying number specific
to your personal computer) This data is aggregated to measure pages viewed
and average time spent on the site. This data is used to improve the content
and layout of our website for our customers.
Our website may contain links
to other sites to provide services and information to our customers.
While we try to link only to sites that share our high privacy standards
Bow Mills Bank can not be responsible for the content or the privacy practices
employed by other sites.
Our
Security Procedures: We restrict access to your information
to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide
products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and
procedural safeguards to guard such information. In addition, we diligently
review industry security standards to maintain the most up to date standards
feasibly available to protect your information.

If you would like to reduce
the amount of direct mail credit card solicitations you receive simply
call 1-888-567-8688. This service is an automated opt out service
which will remove your name from lists provided by the following credit
reporting agencies for a period of two years, Experian, Equifax, Novus,
and Transunion.
